Luciana Luthi is a Brazilian transdisciplinary artist based in Winterthur, Switzerland. Working with live electronic sound composition, voice, movement, and minimal circus, she investigates memory, ancestry, the female body, and altered states of perception.
Working with the body, field recordings, analog synthesizers, and real-time processing, she investigates memory, ancestry, the female body, and altered states of perception. Her research engages with spectralism, hauntology, and liminality.
Her work has been presented in Brazil, Switzerland, Austria, France, Canada, and India.

A body that listens, unfolding as passage between presence and absence. Voice, breath, and internal sounds amplified through contact and air microphones. What is inaudible comes forward. What is internal becomes shared.

Performance with live sound · 2024–ongoing
An excavation of memory. Seven surgical layers opened during cesarean birth became the starting point. Live voice, field recordings — plants as sound sources via sensors — and analog synthesis. The incision becomes access. Memory becomes material.

Created for blind and visually impaired audiences. Bodily movement converted into real-time fractal sound structures via motion capture and AI models. Movement generates the sonic field. Sound becomes orientation. Vibration becomes presence.
